Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Amanda brings her true love to helping children into every session. She knows how to make the hard stuff fun for our kiddos and they love coming back to see her each week! Amanda is a graduate of the occupational therapy program at St. Ambrose University in Iowa. For 17 years, she has been providing OT services to students with learning disabilities, autism, Down syndrome, vision & hearing loss, cerebral palsy, developmental delay, sensory processing disorder & other disabilities in the Elgin School District. This extensive experience as a team player is evident in her wonderful communication with her parents and other members of her children's therapy team. Amanda & her husband keep busy raising their 4 active children, ages 4, 6, 9, & 12. Her family enjoys going on local outings, playing cards & board games, watching & playing sports, reading, & family movie nights.
