Miss Amanda, M.S. CF Speech and Language Therapist
Amanda applies a naturalistic play-based approach to therapy. She incorporates each child's goals into playful activities to create a natural environment that facilitates language, social skills and feeding! Amanda enjoys working with children because of their ability to persevere and make significant progress. "Children are so resilient and given the right support, we can really encourage their development and growth as therapists".
Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology both from St. Xavier University. She has experience working with children who have autism, Down Syndrome, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, developmental delays and also those with intellectual disabilities. Amanda provides both speech and feeding therapy.
