Emily considers the whole child in her treatment approach and works to increase her patient’s independence in novel activities. As an occupational therapist she strives to aid her patient’s in finding the best version of themselves while reaching their full potential. She also enjoys engaging parents in their child’s journey.
Emily has completed the following certifications/continuing education courses:
-Therapeutic Listening
-Feeding the Young Child: The SDOR Approach
-Little Eyes: Improving Ocular Motor Skills to Improve Function to Children
-Interactive Metronome for Pediatrics and Adults
Emily received her Bachelors Degree in Health and Wellness Management from Southern Adventist University and her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from Concordia University.
When Emily is not at work she enjoys traveling, watching sports, and spending time with her dog, family, and friends.
