About Hummingbird's Parent Support Group

This group provides a supportive community where parents can share their experiences, challenges, and successes. This sense of community helps to reduce feelings of isolation and stress that often accompany parenting a child who is learning how to navigate social and emotional challenges. This group is open to parents and caregivers who seek a safe place to learn from and encourage one another to continue the nurturing journey of parenthood for their littles.

  • How to foster a healthy parent-child relationship
  • Stress management/coping strategies
  • Trauma
  • Parenting styles and how styles affect children developmentally

When and where does the group take place?
The group is currently offered at our Westmont center every Wednesday from 9:00-10:00am.
