Jamie has a passion for helping children develop their independence and skill development. She utilizes a play-based approach to motivate each child to meet his/her goals without even realizing they are working. She enjoys getting down to their level and including a variety of fine motor, visual motor and sensory processing activities within play schemes to encourage participation. Jamie is a big believer in a multi-sensory approach to learning. She loves being able to see children actively learning and the look of pride on their faces when they finally meet a goal they have been working on.
