Rachel loves being a pediatric occupational therapist because she enjoys finding creative, playful ways to motivate kiddos to reach their goals and see their full potential. She focuses on helping children learn to play, interact with others, and engage in all their favorite activities.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Northern Illinois University. Rachel also earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy from Midwestern University.
Rachel has taken numerous continuing education classes focused on astronaut training, SOS (Sequential-Oral-Sensory) Approach to Feeding and improving self-regulation and executive function.
When Rachel is away from work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and crocheting.
