Rachel has a deep passion for occupational therapy. She decided on this path because she wanted to help people gain skills and achieve their goals in a meaningful way. She loves working with kids because she gets to play and have fun!
As an Occupational Therapist, Rachel is also certified in Handwriting Without Tears, National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI).
She has completed many continuing education courses/training including sensory processing, self-regulation, executive functions, vision, therapeutic listening and much more.
Rachel earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Augustana College. She received her Master of Occupational Therapy from Carroll University.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys yoga, baking and walking her two dogs Vera and Luna.
Her favorite quote is “Enjoy the little things in life, because one day you will look back and realize they were the big things.”
